Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative materials, treatments, and interim deliverables prepared by Rum Bum Digital Media, LLC remain its property until payment in full. License and ownership terms for final deliverables are defined in your project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rum Bum Digital Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues caused by third-party platforms, tools, or factors outside our reasonable control (including changes to social or advertising platform rules).
